advertMURIDKE: To attract western Muslims and funding from the west the Jamat Ud Dawa (JUD) is considering different marketing mediums . In an effort to apeal to western Muslim youth abroad, the Jamat Ud Dawa website accidentally used a Durex ad and tagline “About to get screwed?”

Hafiz Saeed’s spokeman, Mullah Mauka Na Mila, has appologised and termed it as a printing error. He said that the machine was of Jewish origin and the error was pre-planned. He said that the machine was awarded 114 lashes and was now printing everything beautifully in 12 point Nastalliq.

He said that the tagline was very catchy but inappropriate. He said that the JUD felt the need to connect with the youth, and would work out a new media campaign. STAFF REPORT
